Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Limit:

Limit of one promotional offer per person. If multiple purchases are made, any refunds will be subject to a 5% deduction for transaction processing fees.

2. Appointment Cancellation & Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Refunds will be processed minus a 5% transaction fee.

3. Late Arrivals:

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your session to another day and time. Late arrivals may forfeit the session without refund.

4. No Guarantee of Results:

Individual results may vary due to numerous factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the treatments provided.

5. Refund Processing Fees:

All refunds will be issued minus a 5% transaction fee to cover processing costs. This applies to all refund requests regardless of reason.

6. Single Use:

This promotional offer is valid for one use per person and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
